1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• The coupon has not been redeemed or used at any cafe
• The coupon has not expired
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

• Coupons that have been partially or fully redeemed
• Coupons purchased more than 7 days ago
• Coupons that have expired
• Coupons purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless otherwise stated)
• Duplicate purchases made by the customer

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Log in to your Pchandra Investment account
• Step 2: Navigate to "My Orders" section
• Step 3: Select the coupon you wish to refund
• Step 4: Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
• Step 5: Submit your request

4. Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not available. If a coupon has been partially used, it is not eligible for refund. You must request a refund for the entire coupon before any redemption.

6. Refund for Defective or Incorrect Coupons

If you receive a defective or incorrect coupon, we will:

• Provide a replacement coupon immediately at no additional cost
• Or process a full refund if you prefer
• No waiting period applies for defective or incorrect coupons

7. Refund for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your coupon:

• Contact our support team immediately with details of the issue
• We will attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours
• If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed

8. Refund for Cafe-Related Issues

If a partner cafe refuses to honor your valid coupon:

• Contact us with proof (receipt, photo, etc.)
• We will investigate the matter with the cafe
• If the cafe is at fault, we will either provide a replacement coupon or process a refund
• We may also take action against the cafe partner if necessary

9. Refund Restrictions

We cannot process refunds for:

• Coupons purchased using fraudulent payment methods
• Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
• Refund requests made after the 7-day window (except for defective coupons)
• Coupons that were purchased as gifts and later regretted

10. Refund Disputes

If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied:

• You can appeal the decision within 14 days of the denial
• Provide additional documentation or evidence supporting your claim
• Our management team will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days

11. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before the coupon is delivered:

• A full refund will be processed immediately
• The refund will appear in your account within 1-2 business days

12. Changes to Refund Policy

Pchandra Investment reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
