We have adopted and publicly committed to the following standards:

📜 Published Standards Against CSAE

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content, behavior, or user activity involving CSAE is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and content removal.

📢 In-App User Reporting Mechanism

Users can easily report inappropriate behavior or content directly within our app through:

• A “Report” button available on user profiles and content,
• A dedicated support form in the Help section, or
• Direct email: [email protected]

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

🚫 Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We take immediate action to remove and report CSAM to law enforcement and appropriate authorities, including organizations like NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), wherever applicable.

We fully comply with all applicable local and international child protection laws and continuously review legal updates to stay aligned with global child safety standards.

• April 2024: Policy announcement
• December 2024: Declaration available in Play Console
• January 22, 2025: Declaration submission required
• March 19, 2025: Full compliance deadline
